How we work, and who we work with

Individual Counseling and Art Therapy

We offer services tailored to meet your individual needs. We know there is no one-size-fits-all in therapy, and each of our practitioners brings their own specialties and skills to collaborate with you. If you struggle with people-pleasing, healing from past trauma, or have great difficulty giving yourself permission to prioritize yourself, one of our individual counselors might be right for you.

No skills in art are necessary. If you are interested in expressing yourself in a new way, art therapy can be a great tool. You might also find you flow in and out of art-making from session to session; that’s ok too.

Art therapy might be a good fit for you if you enjoy working with your hands, creating, baking, or expressing yourself through music or writing.

Art therapy can support your nervous system by giving you another focus, deepening you, and the art itself is stabilizing.
